Finally, Trump’s travel ban was voted in favor by the Californian federal court.
This ban will give authorize the executives to forbid entry to people from six countries who don’t have any connection to the U.S.A.
It is expected that this ban will help with the immigration issues in the country.
Reuters reported that a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco granted a Trump administration request to block at least briefly a judge’s ruling that put the new ban on hold.
Trump’s travel ban will be applied to individuals from Iran, Lybia, Chad, Syria, and Yemen. These are the countries in which the terrorism is often inflicted and they have security issues.
Reuters noted:“Those connections are defined as family relationships and ‘formal, documented’ relationships with U.S.-based entities such as universities and resettlement agencies.”
“Those with family relationships that would allow entry include grandparents, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins of people in the United States.”
His new ban was dismissed by the state of Hawaii. On his list of restrictions were the people from North Korea and Venezuela.
Justice Department spokeswoman Lauren Ehrsam said: “We are reviewing the court’s order and the government will begin enforcing the travel proclamation consistent with the partial stay.”
Furthermore, she recalled the implementation of the ban, no matter if the individual is connected to the U.S.A. She said: “We believe that the proclamation should be allowed to take effect in its entirety.”
The decision from the 9th Circuit Court can be compared to the Maryland ruling that prevented the travel ban for those with relations to the United States.
Hawaii Attorney General Douglas Chin declared that the ruling was inflicted by the judgment from the Supreme Court in July. He explained that he is glad that the travel ban from President Trump will be expired and that the connected country to America will be provided entry into the country.
Chin stated: “I‘m pleased that family ties to the U.S., including grandparents, will be respected.”
The second version of the travel is registered to be presented before the Supreme Court for review.
Regarding the immigration control policies, Trump knows where to focus and his travel ban will give him the opportunity to fix the immigration issues.
