Donald Trump is one of the wisest leaders we have had in years, as he does what is best for the country in the big picture.
He has never yet fallen under the constant pressure he faces, and has done what he’s put his mind to.
Some people still can’t seem to understand that, and want to play some mind games in order to dishonor him.
And is there a worse way to do it than putting our President in the same sentence with Kim Jong Un and compare their responsibilities? That is totally disrespecting, but it didn’t seem to bother Rep. Keith Ellison. According to our source The Blaze, he made a bold statement before quickly regretting it.
The deputy chairman of the Democratic National Convention made his claims on Friday, during an interview session. It was a televised gathering for progressives, and it’s not possible that he didn’t think through what he said. He started talking about the ongoing saga between the U.S. and North Korea, and everyone were shocked.
Here is what he said:
“North Korea is a serious thing. You have this guy making bellicose threats against somebody else who has very little to lose over there. Kim Jong Un, the world always thought he was not a responsible leader; well, he’s acting more responsible than this guy is.”
Claiming he did not like how the leaders went back and forth making threats, he thought it’s best to solve the problem through diplomacy. Maybe if he was so smart he could’ve been on the list of presidential candidates? He continued bashing on our President:
“The time for cranking up the antiwar machine is right now. If you don’t want to be a deer in the headlights, start calling for diplomacy immediately.”
It looks like his thoughts didn’t last long, or he just didn’t like the negative publicity he got. He took the first chance he had to apologize and withdraw his words:
[Saying Kim Jong Un is more responsible] is one of those I wish I’d not said. It’s tailor-made for somebody to misuse.”
"Kim Jong-un, the world always thought he wasn't a responsible leader…He's acting more responsible than this guy [Trump] is" -Ellison. Wow pic.twitter.com/95YfBuGAXu

But that didn’t seem to change his mind on Trump’s capacity as a leader. He still thinks he is not that capable, but only ‘ranks him higher’ than Kim Jong:
“I’d say he’s being incredibly irresponsible and he’s putting us in a situation where you could have an accidental launch. I mean, his rhetoric might make Kim Jong Un think that he needs to strike first. What we need is someone bringing calm to the situation, not spiking it.”
What are your thoughts on this, does he have a point or is it complete bias?
