The Charlottesville events gained huge media attention, with coverage all across the world.
The answer to them, the monument protests also gained a boost with the one in Durham, North Carolina.
The mainstream media shifted its focus there, but failed to see through one key piece of evidence that proves how bad their choice was.
With an objective to gain more power than the White Supremacy demonstrations, a Workers World Party organized a monument-toppling. As Conservative Tribune reported, one of the crucial members was 22-year-old student Takiyah Thompson. She quickly became a hero across TV & Social Networks, but where did it go wrong?
She was the one that climbed on the Confederate monument, put a nylon on its head and screamed slogans of the group. She also came out on a news conference later, revealing she was one of the organizers. The local sheriff said nobody would escape justice, so she was arrested in front of a crowd of people.
At the time she demanded amnesty for the protestors, but that is the last thing she can wish for now. Her ‘ratings’ rose instantly, when people started cheering and applauding her. She was everywhere on the liberal media, but finally the lies were exposed.
Apparently, the WWP she is part of has ugly secrets. As a branch of the Marxist-Leninist group, it was bound to reveal this stuff one day. They tried to keep their history undisclosed, but it was not possible.
Where do we start… the group stood up for North Korea and said they are entitled to the use of nuclear weapons, as Pyongyang is just “trying to keep from being crushed by the immense force deployed by U.S. ‘capitalist democracy.’”
So not only that they are pro-Korea, they are also anti-America. Here is a piece of an article written on their website this past week:
“Those who come from the oppressor nation must not dictate how it should be done … And the same is true on the international arena. If the people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea have decided that the only way they’ll be safe from another U.S. attack is to have a nuclear deterrent, the best thing we in the U.S. can do is try to make sure that such an attack by the U.S. never happens.”
Well, we can somehow understand if you don’t like the political situation and would go on a protest in an effort to change it. And maybe we’d understand if you toppled a monument. But to support a group that betrays its own country to defend one of its biggest enemies, it is unacceptable.
